- Manage customer billing, outbound IBT/sales orders, and e-invoicing processes.
- Oversee billing related to third-party logistics (3PL) services.
- Daily management and operation of all logistics service providers, ensuring effective execution of customer demands, including billing, POD, e-waybill, and tracking.
- Communicate with internal and external customers and all logistics service providers, monitor MIS reports, and address customer complaints and returns.
- Drive daily logistics operations, coordinate with 3PLs, and ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
